Refund policy


Hopefully you'll love your Storm In A Teacup items as much as we do but if you're dissatisfied for any reason or change your mind we're happy to offer a refund or exchange if the item is returned in its original, unworn condition and within the time frame below.

Returns instructions:

Please notify us within 14 days of the date you received it. We'll issue you with returns instructions. 

The item(s) must then be returned within a further 14 days of notifying us.

The above does not apply to gift vouchers or items that have been altered to your own specifications.

Return postage costs will be at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty.

Please obtain proof of posting from the Post Office as we cannot be held accountable if your item is lost in the post on its way back to us.

Refund information:

Once your return is received and inspected we will e-mail you to notify you of receipt and to confirm that your refund has been approved. If applicable, your refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days.

Refunds will be returned via the original payment method; we are unable to refund to a different payment card or account other than that which was used to make the original purchase.

According to the Consumer Contracts Regulations, original delivery costs paid by the customer will also be refunded if the contract is cancelled within the above time period and the entire order is returned in its original, unworn condition. Where special delivery services have been used, the delivery refund will be to the value of standard delivery.
