Welcome to the Storm in a Teacup website and online shop. Please review the following basic terms that govern your use of, and purchase of products from, our site. Please note that your use of our site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by those terms (the “Agreement”).
We may, from time to time, change the terms that govern your use of our site. Your use of our site following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms as changed. We may change, move, delete portions of, or add to our site from time to time.
Storm in a Teacup respects our customers’ account information as private and confidential and will never share this with any outside affiliations or individuals. We do not store your credit card number and your information is secured and encrypted with the Secure Socket Layer Software via PayPal.
By using this website, you consent that Storm in a Teacup may use your personal data for the purpose of dispatching goods and related matters, advising you of changes or additions to this site and Storm in a Teacup products or services and warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.
When you place an order you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order: this email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the goods which you ordered have been dispatched to you.
Purchased items will be shipped within 2 business days of the order.
Any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are limited to mainland UK and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays. For standard delivery please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery to arrive. If you still have not received your purchase please notify us.
Buyer assumes any and all duties and customs costs for orders shipping outside of the U.K. Please refer to the Delivery & Returns page for further information.
REFUNDING DELIVERY CHARGES
If you are in the European Union and you cancel your order within fourteen days after the day you get your goods, and you cancel the whole order, you are entitled to a refund of the standard postage and packing costs you paid (if any), in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations. If you paid for premium or express delivery, we will only refund the cost of standard delivery. You will have to pay the costs of sending the order back to us. If you cancel after the fourteen days allowed under the Distance Selling Regulations, or if you only cancel part of your order, postage and packing charges will not be refunded (although you still have twenty eight days in total to return your goods and receive a refund for the cost of the goods)
PRICING & AVAILABILITY
Whilst we try to ensure that all descriptions and prices on this site are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
Although availability may be indicated on the Site, we cannot guarantee product availability and products occasionally may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any products or to cancel any order.
COLOUR AND SIZE
We have made every effort to display the colours of our products as accurately as possible on our site. However, as the colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate. Storm in a Teacup reserve the right to make slight amendments to products on the website including differences in colour and size. In accordance with our Returns Policy, once in receipt of goods the customer can return if not satisfied with the variations from website to actual article.
All items displayed on the Storm in a Teacup website are the copyright of Storm in a Teacup. The designs are owned by Storm in a Teacup and direct plagiarism will result in legal action.
Unless otherwise noted, all materials, including images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, video clips, and written and other materials that appear as part of this Site (collectively, the “Contents”) are copyrights, trademarks, trade dress and/or other intellectual properties owned, controlled or licensed by Storm in a Teacup. The Site as a whole is protected by copyright and trade dress, all worldwide rights, titles and interests in and to which are owned by Storm in a Teacup.
The Contents of our Site, and the Site as a whole, are intended solely for personal, non-commercial (other than for the purchase of merchandise from our site) use by the users of our Site.
