Hopefully you'll love your Storm In A Teacup gems as much as we do but if you are disatisfied for any reason or change your mind we are happy to offer a refund if the item is returned to us within 14 days of the dispatch date and in it's original, unworn condition.
This does not apply to earrings for hygiene reasons or to items that have been altered to your specifications.
Unless the item is faulty return postage will be at the customer’s expense.
If you would like to return your item please e-mail us first to obtain a returns code. The item(s) must be returned to us within 14 days of the date of dispatch.
We cannot be held accountable if your item is lost in the post on it’s way back to us so we recommend you use a Recorded (Signed For) service!
Refunds will be returned via the original payment method; we are unable to refund to a different card or account other than that which was used to make the original purchase.
