RETURNS

Hopefully you’ll love your Storm In A Teacup gems as much as we do but if you are dissatisfied for any reason or change your mind we are happy to offer a refund if the item is returned to us in it’s original, unworn condition.

First you must notify us within 14 days of the date you received it. We will issue you with returns instructions. The item(s) must then be returned to us within a further 14 days of notifying us.

This does not apply to items that have been altered to your own specifications.

Return postage costs will be at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty.

We recommend you use a ‘Signed For’ postal service or obtain proof of posting from the Post Office as we cannot be held accountable if your item is lost in the post on it’s way back to us.

Refunds will be returned via the original payment method; we are unable to refund to a different card or account other than that which was used to make the original purchase.

According to the Consumer Contracts Regulations, original delivery costs paid by the customer will also be refunded if the contract is cancelled within the above time period. Where special delivery services have been used, the delivery refund will be to the value of standard delivery.
